AArde is an interdisciplinary design studio based in Los Angeles. Studio AArde’s work ranges in scale from interiors to graphic design and visual art. Studio AArde believes that intelligent design matters; we specialize in communicating ideas with a less-is-more approach.
The Dutch word aarde /ˈaːr.də/ is cognate with ertha in Old Saxon meaning soil, ground, land, Planet Earth.
