Lillie's has eliminated single-use and disposable ware in 90 percent of our operations. Juices, coffees from our breakfast bar are served in glassware and ceramicware, and pastries are served on ceramic dishware. Our table service dishes are prepared in-house with organic ingredients. Cocktails are served in elegant glassware.
