Sustainability is a core part of Highland Park Brewery’s operations, extending from the brewery to its administrative office. We work to reduce our environmental impact through responsible purchasing, waste reduction and recycling, energy and water conservation, sustainable transportation, and more efficient operational practices. Our Sustainability Manager oversees initiatives across both the brewery and administrative office, helping integrate environmental responsibility into daily operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
