Architecture is a personal business; when you work with Studio 3 Architecture, you work with people. In fact, the number 3 represents our principals Leonard Lodder, Gene Bolante, and “YOU.”

Studio 3 Architecture is located in a loft office in downtown Salem, Oregon. The space stimulates the creativity of our staff and inspires clients to dream more.

Our portfolio speaks for itself. A large variety of commercial, retail, religious, medical and public facilities show how we have taken a client’s vision and worked with our construction partners to build on it.

We are especially interested in projects that are inspired by the surrounding environment, that consider the history of space and are designed to serve the community for years to come.
