Pantheon Coffee is a Greek-inspired café in the heart of West Hollywood, blending expert coffee craftsmanship with a warm, elegant atmosphere. Our space draws on the aesthetics of Ancient Greece, featuring warm wood tones, calming sage green accents, and thoughtful touches that make every visit feel a little special.
We take coffee seriously, from meticulously crafted espresso drinks to specialty pours like our signature Apollo latte, made with a secret strawberry sauce. Pair your drink with one of our house-made pastries, like a pistachio or cardamom croissant, for the full Pantheon experience. Whether you're stopping in for a quick morning coffee or settling in with a laptop for the afternoon, our space is designed to feel both productive and relaxing.
Why We're Green
To increase our sustainability at Pantheon Coffee, we've switched from plastic to paper straws and wood utensils, and our napkins are recycled and unbleached. We purchase 100% green power through the California Clean Power Alliance. We've eliminated four toxic cleaning products, including aerosol glass cleaner and disinfectant sprays, and replaced them with Safer Choice certified alternatives. We retrofitted our kitchen hand sink faucet with a low-flow aerator to reduce water use. Furthermore, we've established recycling both front and back of house, along with an organics program in our kitchen. We coordinated with Athens Services to add organics and recycling service, downsize our trash collection, and bring on staff training focused on waste reduction, working alongside our neighboring restaurants to streamline service for the block. Additionally, for dine-in we use reusable mugs, plates, and utensils rather than disposables, keeping our footprint small.
