Diego’s Bakery is a homegrown, pickup-and-delivery-only bakery located at 6732 Crenshaw Boulevard Ste 1 in Los Angeles, CA. Founded in 2020, it reflects the personal passion and culinary training of its founder, who draws inspiration from traditional baking styles across Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. The bakery specializes in made-from-scratch cakes, pies, tarts, cookies, pastries, and gluten‑free options—never using canned ingredients—in order to deliver flavorful, nostalgic desserts such as carrot cake, tres leches, fruit tart, pecan pie, and signature gluten-free pavlova.

At Diego’s Bakery, sustainability is naturally baked into the way we do business. By operating as a small batch, pickup and delivery bakery, we significantly reduce food waste, energy use, and packaging. All of our goods are made from scratch using fresh, high quality ingredients, never canned or overly processed, minimizing our reliance on industrial food systems. Because we prepare items to order, we eliminate unnecessary surplus and avoid the environmental impact of large scale storage or shipping.
